Boarding Agreement


Arrivals & Departures

Boarding Departures & Arrivals need an appointment.

Monday-Friday 7:30AM – 4:30PM

Saturday 8:00AM – 11:30AM

Sunday-Closed (No Departures or Arrivals)

When boarding at Timbercrest, your pet receives personal attention from trained and educated staff. Your pet’s are a part of your family and during their stay they are a part of ours. We feed, nurture, and love them daily. Let our highly qualified kennel staff take care of your pets when you can not be there to do so yourself.


Dogs

Vaccine Guidelines: We do require your pet’s vaccines to be up-to-date for boarding. This includes Rabies, DA2PPv(L), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Please speak with our staff if you have any questions or need clarification on your pet’s vaccine status. If your pets vaccines were administered at another clinic, please bring a copy of the vaccine history with you at check in or have it faxed to 217-648-5808. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have your records with you at check in we will NOT be able to board your pet. This is for the safety of your pet and the other pets that are staying with us during this time.

  • Large and small dogs will feel right at home with our spacious indoor runs and/or one of our individual kennels.
  • All of our boarding areas are climate controlled to make your dog feel comfortable during his/her stay.
  • All dogs are individually exercised at least twice a day.
  • During their stay here at Timbercrest, we feed and recommend Hill’s Science Diet. However, you are welcome to provide your own food.
  • You may bring your dog his/her favorite bed, blanket or toy to make their stay more comfortable, but we ask that you please keep this to a minimum.
  • If your dog is currently taking medication we will continue to take care of this during their stay. As a reminder, Please bring their medication with you from home.

While you are away let us pamper your pet. For an additional charge we can provide additional services during your pets stay with us.

  • Regular Bath
  • Furminator Shed-Less Bath
  • Regular Nail Trim
  • Nail trim with Dremmeling
  • Teeth Brushing

Cats
