I've been coming to Timbercrest for about 15 years now and I have never experienced better customer care...anywhere! And it is consistent. No matter what the issue or type of service, you can always count on it being nothing less than a positive encounter from the first phone contact to the followup after the service. The staff are professional, caring, even loving me through the sad times. It just doesn't get any better than this.
This vet helped my cat, Eustace through losing his front leg. The vet called to check up on his progress and the other staff members are so nice and caring. Eustace doesn't even fight me when loading him in his carrier. I'm so grateful to have found a place I feel comfortable taking my animals. They are not pushy when it comes to extra services. Their pricing is comparable to other places. I would definitely recommend this place again and again! Thank You Timbercrest!
I moved back to Lincoln in November 2015 after living in Chicago for 30 years. I was worried about finding a good veterinarian. I worried unnecessarily. From our first appointment, I’ve been quite pleased with Timbercrest and all of the staff. My soon to be 12 year old ShihTzu, Sadie Grace has been in good hands. From the routine appointment to an eye infection to an anal gland problem, she’s been treated terrifically!. Professional. Loving. Caring. Fantastic at explaining. We are in GREAT hands!
